We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing plant performance, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing productivity, and achieving financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong manufacturing expertise and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

Position Responsibilities Plant Operations
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor plant performance and drive initiatives to optimize overall operations.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors, managers, and production personnel.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
Safety & Compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular safety reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
Financial Management
  • Manage plant budgets, operating expenses, and overall financial performance.

    Prerequisites
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
    • Experience leading manufacturing or industrial operations in a management role.
    • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and operational best practices.
    • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and key operational metrics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionโ€‘making skills.
    • Strong problemโ€‘solving, organizational, and projectโ€‘management abilities.
    • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to lead crossโ€‘functional teams in a fastโ€‘paced manufacturing environment.
    Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
