As a member of the Customization department, you'll work with a wide range of customization options, from minor style adjustments to fully personalized designs, allowing you to help jewelers craft one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to their clients!
As a Private Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key point of coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for maintaining project visibility, communicating production updates, coordinating shipments, and supporting a seamless customer experience from order entry through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate order placement, product specifications, and customer records to ensure accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Communicate production status, project milestones, and shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Track projects through internal order management systems while maintaining accurate reporting and project visibility.
  • Partner with Development Managers, Production Managers, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to support production continuity and on-time delivery.
  • Manage customer communications related to production schedules, order status, and shipment coordination.
  • Process post-shipment activities including returns, credits, billing support, and shipping documentation.
  • Support business reviews by compiling project metrics, operational performance data, and customer insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and the overall customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive history of work attendance and performance.
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, customer service, account management, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
