Job description

Operations Manager

Magnolia, Arkansas

THE OPPORTUNITY

Site-level leadership role at a chemical manufacturing facility inside one of the fastest-growing segments of a publicly traded global energy services and chemicals company. You own production output, safety performance, cost control, and continuous improvement for the operation - with real autonomy to build systems, develop people, and drive results. This is a new plant, so you are standing the operation up rather than inheriting someone else's.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Lead site operations across safety, environmental compliance, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement

- Drive production output, on-time shipping, yield optimization, and operating cost targets

- Build a culture of accountability - policy compliance, operational discipline, and safe work practices across all field personnel

- Coach supervisors and team leads on incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective action

- Plan and staff operations resources to protect coverage, workforce effectiveness, and continuity

- Partner with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and HSEQ to keep the plant running safely and reliably

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering

- 6-10+ years in a manufacturing environment

- OSHA PSM plant experience

- Valid driver's license

- Ability to pass pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening

WHY THIS ROLE

- New plant, new seat - you build it, you own it

- Publicly traded platform with aggressive growth into low-carbon energy and critical minerals

- Global operations across six continents - real mobility for strong performers

- Safety-first culture backed by real investment in people, equipment, and process discipline
