**Role and Responsibilities:**
As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service. You will:
1. **Team Leadership and Development:**
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development and enhance productivity.
2. **Operational Efficiency:**
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

3. **Resource Management:**
- Manage resources effectively, including scheduling, equipment allocation, and workforce planning, to meet customer demands while maintaining operational cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure a superior customer experience by implementing best practices in customer service, complaint resolution, and service quality assurance.
5. **Compliance and Safety:**
- Uphold and enforce safety and compliance standards to create a secure work environment for all employees and maintain regulatory compliance.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role within the waste management or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B (Preferred)
- DoT Medical Card (Preferred)
- Driver History Report (MVR - Required)

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
