Description:

The Manufacturing Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence and inventory integrity across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and commercial operations. This role supports inventory verification initiatives, strengthens process controls, performs advanced data analysis, and partners crossfunctionally to improve inventory accuracy, operational reporting, and governance. Core responsibilities include Work-In-Process WIP and finishedgoods validation, inventory reconciliation, distributor/thirdparty verification, variance analysis, ERPbased reporting, and oversight of process compliance and inventory control standards.


Essential Functions:

  • Perform inventory verification activities for raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods. Perform physical inventory counts, cycle count programs, and reconciliation reviews across warehouses and manufacturing operations.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions. Support inventory accuracy initiatives, stock movement analysis, and rootcause reviews.
  • Analyze inventory aging, identify risks related to excess/obsolete stock, and provide insights to support operational planning and decisionmaking. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and improvement
  • Support and maintain inventory reconciliation reports, operational dashboards, variance analyses, and management summaries. Support internal and external inventory audits, stock verification activities, and operational reviews.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to strengthen ERP inventory processes, enhance system controls, and support operational improvements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline - Required
  • Master's degree (MS/MA) Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline - Preferred

Experience:

  • 3 years or more in Relevant experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing analytics, or operational audit

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of inventory management and manufacturing operations
  • Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, and operational controls
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and operational reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments

The salary range for this position ranges from $75,000 - $90,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company's good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
