Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing manufacturing engineering support to resolve production and process-related issues.
  • Lead process design initiatives to optimize product flow, material movement, and cell efficiency using continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Support new product and process launches, including equipment selection, design, installation, and modification.
  • Analyze product structures and manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Conduct and support root cause analysis to address manufacturing concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain clear, accurate work instructions and technical documentation.
  • Monitor and control project scope, objectives, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Follow JIT RASIC structure, ensuring accountability for delivery, execution, task completion, and consultation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and backup documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Respond professionally to employee concerns, suggestions, and operational feedback.
  • Comply with all company health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures.
  • Use, enforce, and ensure compliance with required PPE standards.
  • Follow all emergency procedures and actively participate in company safety programs.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and proactively address hazards or non-compliance issues.
  • Demonstrate respectful and professional conduct with co-workers, supervisors, and leadership.
