Job Description

·         Lead and manage 2 Supervisors and 75 non-union hourly employees across a 2-shift manufacturing operation

·         Oversee diverse manufacturing processes including fabrication, automated welding, press brakes, powder coating, and paint operations

·         Assess current team performance and operational processes, taking full ownership of the production area

·         Identify and implement strategic changes to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor

·         Develop and mentor supervisors to grow into Manufacturing Manager-level leaders

·         Achieve and exceed established KPIs, metrics, safety standards, on-time delivery, and quality goals

·         Drive cultural and operational change to elevate overall manufacturing performance

Key Requirements

·         Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment

·         Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to inspire and develop teams

·         Bachelor's degree preferred (BS)
