Job description

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with a few plants in the US. Due to growth, seeking a Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for its Florida plant. Primary duties/responsibilities include:

  • Manage, train and mentor maintenance team on respective shift.

  • Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment to include installations and modifications.

  • May be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds as well

  • Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOP's

  • Provide reports to management and executives.

Position reports to Director of Engineering.

Ideal candidates for Maintenance Manager/Supervisor will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

  • 6+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high-speed distribution center

  • 3+ years experience supervising/leading technicians or mechanics

  • Experience with PLC's and automation

  • Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP

Salary up to $110k/yr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA.


Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
