Job description

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for a motivated and dependable Maintenance Lead to support our plastic injection molding operations by driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and promoting a strong safety culture.

In this leadership-focused role, you will work closely with Production, Scheduling, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure equipment and facility systems operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support daily maintenance activities for production equipment, facility systems, and grounds
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance activities with Production Scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair injection molding equipment, auxiliary equipment, and facility infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for critical spare parts and maintenance consumables
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency
  • Assist with sourcing vendors and managing onsite contractors as needed
  • Utilize purchasing and PO systems for parts, service work, and contractor support
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with company safety standards and ISO 13485 procedures
  • Partner cross-functionally with all departments to respond quickly to maintenance needs and production priorities
