Who We're Looking For
The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping our operation running safely and efficiently. This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support site goals, uptime, and safety standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
At this time we have two open positions, one for 3rd Shift and a second person who would be willing to float between all three shifts.
Our hours of operation are:
    • 1st Shift - 7 AM- 3 PM - Monday - Friday
    • 2nd Shift - 3PM - 11 PM - Monday - Friday
    • 3rd Shift - 11 PM - 7 AM - Sunday - Thursday
What You'll Be Doing
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
    • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
    • Diagnose equipment issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust as needed
    • Install electric motors and perform basic VFD programming
    • Troubleshoot control circuits and production equipment
    • Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machines and facility equipment

Safety & Communication
    • Complete all work orders safely and in accordance with IPC processes
    • Detect and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unsafe conditions
    • Maintain open communication with supervisors, maintenance team members, and plant leadership
    • Support maintenance technicians across all shifts as needed

Operational Support
    • Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment repairs during production
    • Track spare parts usage and assist with inventory management
    • Work within established schedules and production requirement
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations

Who You Are
  • You have experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment preferred
  • You have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • You are familiar with manufacturing safety practices and procedures
  • You have the ability to use hand tools and specialized maintenance tools
  • You have strong communication and teamwork skills
  • You are detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and time management abilities
  • You are willing to work assigned shifts and support operational need
