Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role based in Pendergrass, GA.

The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, leading and mentoring maintenance technicians, and coordinating with production and quality teams to support safe and efficient operations.

The role will also involve managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Maintenance Manager will continuously identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, processes, and energy efficiency while implementing maintenance best practices to support sustainable, high-quality production.

  • Strong skills in maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
