**Job Title: Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer**

**Job Summary: **
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving in a production environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process enhancements and technology implementations.
  • Lead projects aimed at reducing production costs, improving lead times, and enhancing product quality.
  • Work with Sales, Engineering and Production on the development and introduction of new products
  • Provide general engineering support to production, quality and maintenance operations to ensure plant productivity objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize lean manufacturing tools and techniques to streamline operations and eliminate waste. Provide training and support to production personnel on new processes and equipment.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering or Technician role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and statistical analysis tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
