Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung
  • Fachliche und disziplinäre Leitung des Bereichs Engineering (Technisches Büro, Sonderschalungsbau, Richtmeister)
  • Mitarbeiterführung (ca. 25-30 Mitarbeitende), Team- und Personalentwicklung
  • Einteilung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der technischen Angebots- und Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Analyse projektspezifischer Kundenproblemstellungen und Erarbeitung vertriebsorientierter Lösungen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in allen technischen Fragen
