Position Summary
Are you a seasoned QA/QC Inspector with a passion for efficiency and innovation? Join our team as aQA/QC Inspectorat our newmodular construction manufacturing site! This is a high-impact role where you will oversee overall quality and assurance programs and standards for our MEP fabricated modulars.
Position Details
  • Ensure adherence to standards:Conduct inspections and evaluations to confirm that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and related materials meet required codes, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Data Collection: Record inspection results, measurements, and observations.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including inspections and testing. Document results, including non-compliance issues, with reports and photographs.
  • Review:Review submittals, drawings, design documents, and operations/maintenance manuals for quality and conformance.
  • Inspections:Conduct inspections of mechanical and/or electrical systems and materials to identify defects and ensure compliance.
  • Training:Assist in training others in quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Be a key player in aninnovative modular construction environment.
  • Lead and develop a team that drivesefficiency and operational success.
  • Work with a company that valuesagility, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in Electrical or Mechanical inspection, or 10+ years in manufacturing inspection.
  • Education:A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspectiontechniques, and quality control methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection data.
  • Proficiency in Measurement Tools: Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement instruments.
  • Quality Focus:Ability to identify defects and a commitment to high-qualityconstruction standards. Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards.
  • Communication & Collaboration:Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate and function well within a team.
  • Computer Skills: Ability to operate electronic inspection software and other computer-related tasks.
