Facility Manager - JLL
What this job involves: As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee operations in GMP certified facilities, focusing on pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries. You'll report to the JLL Regional Facilities Director and be responsible for operational execution, client satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Your role involves managing site operations, budgets, and third-party suppliers while ensuring adherence to GMP requirements and client expectations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Overseeing site operations and managing safety, quality, and staffing in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • Ensuring JLL staff and third-party vendors meet EHS, AHJ, GMP compliance, and client expectations
  • Developing and managing customer capital and expense budgets
  • Delivering monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets
  • Implementing and supporting site management plans aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing third-party suppliers and monitoring spending with Minority/Women owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE)
  • Collaborating with JLL Sourcing and Contracts Team to ensure vendor compliance
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues identified in surveys

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience within IFM or facilities maintenance with 2+ in a supervisor or manager role
  • Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff
  • Strong organizational, management, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to provide direction to staff
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, or 360Facility
  • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Experience with GXP requirements
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries

Estimated compensation for this position:
110,394.00 - 137,993.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
