Job Summary:

The Engineering Manager oversees engineering projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and industry standards. This role involves managing a team of engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment specific to Dodge products. The Engineering Manager is responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation, while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
