Position Introduction:

This is a full time, permanent position, and an opportunity to work with a fun, family orientated organization in a growing company division. Katch Kan offers a competitive salary and benefit packages, and an engaging work environment. We are looking for an experiencedR&D Production Manager to lead the development and manufacturing of existing and new Katch Kan products. You will oversee product innovation, design, and production operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and safe delivery of our solutions to the oil and gas market.

This job is a safety-sensitive position and therefore, you must pass a drug and alcohol test to be eligible for employment.


Role Accountabilities:

  • Lead the research, development, and design of new oil and gas safety and containment products.
  • Supervise and coordinate production operations, ensuring timely manufacturing while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Evaluate and select materials, processes, and production techniques for optimal product performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field teams to translate customer needs into practical, innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality certifications.
  • Manage and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
