Job description

Job Duties:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Performs Industry analysis/Benchmarking, Strategy update and EVSE expansion plan.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes and expansions.
  • Identify opportunities in target markets for Phihong's products and services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows.
  • Maintain, develop and nurture relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Have a good understanding of Phihong's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Keep up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.
  • Assess client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs.
  • Propose Strategy Plans to HQ; Prepare Target Review Plans for the HQ.
  • Coordinates Investment Approvals for major projects developments.
  • Oversees the execution of key projects within defined scope, on time, within budget and a clear objective of delivering the financial and operational targets of the Project.
  • Coordinate with all company interfaces : Technical, Engineering, Industrial , Legal & Finance
  • Define project needs, checking conformity with Strategy, securing sustainable development.
  • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, or related fields plus two (2) years of experience in EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) sales and marketing.
Must possess the following skills/experience:
  • Lead the power and EV charging projects and sell/deploy it to strategic accounts.
  • Development of power grid management solutions that combine Power Electronics Solutions, EV Charging Solutions and renewable energy solutions.
  • Develop sales projections and budgets in the region; develop financial strategies, including conduct financial planning, business management strategies, and use sales statistics and projections to ensure sales are maintained with budget and proposed goals.
  • Approach potential business and award RFQ for design development introduction.

  • Partner with OEM/ODM collaborators to implement Design for Manufacture (DFM) improvements for new products.
  • Work closely with engineering and factory production staff to provide tailored quotations that align with OEM/ODM specifications and requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of power and EV technologies and products.

Annual Salary: $176,010 - $180,000
