Job Responsibilities:

Detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, business analysis, budgeting, and internal controls. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and business operations, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Review balance sheet and account reconciliations and prepare month-end reports.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, financial files and check supporting documents.

Analyze financial results and explain variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Coordinate budget inputs from various departments.

Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.

Prepare and follow up Capital Management Forms (CMF)

Track working capital (receivables, payables, inventory, cash)

Support management decision-making through financial modeling and business case evaluations.

Improve processes to make them simpler and more efficient

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Assist and work with internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, or a related finance role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience with SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar financial systems is desirable.

Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling principles.

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy

Good organizational and time-management skills

Strong initiative, sense of ownership and responsibility toward work.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills
