The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for ensuring that products are produced safely, efficiently and meet the required high-quality standards while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a team to achieve production goals while following all safety protocols.
This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Operations department located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Build and assemble components for sub-assemblies and instruments to ensure optimal performance that meet high quality standards.
  • Follow work instructions and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working with hand tools such as torque drivers and cordless drills.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with focus on timely reporting.
