Job description

Blue Nile is seeking a Manufacturing Order Associate to join the Manufacturing Operations team. The associate will flex support accordingly across our Order Fulfillment and Manufacturing Inventory teams. Within the Order Fulfillment team, the associate will help process customer orders from receipt through completion. As needed to meet business demands, the associate would also assist the Manufacturing Inventory team with picking components for customer orders.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely order fulfilment, product accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction. The associate will work closely with multiple departments - including QA, Shipping, Customer Service, and Production to support smooth order flow and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Review, verify, and process customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Process orders in internal systems
• Ensure correct documentation, labeling, and order details before fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Collaborate with customer service, production, QA, and shipping teams.
• Escalate issues or delays to management when necessary
• Provide updates on order status when requested
• Follow standard operating procedures consistently
• Prioritize urgent/express orders appropriately
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Hourly base pay: $17.00-$18.50 Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
