3rd Shift Production Associate – Batching & Packaging 1030pm-630am


Now Hiring – 3rd Shift Production Associates

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a leading food manufacturing facility on 3rd shift. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term employment in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and batch ingredients according to production specifications.
  • Package finished food products while maintaining quality standards.
  • Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging.
  • Label, stack, and palletize finished goods for shipment.
  • Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
  • Keep workstations clean and follow all sanitation procedures.
  • Follow food safety, GMP, and company safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with production line changeovers and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or food industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working around food products and production equipment.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequently lift up to 40–50 pounds.
  • Bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Work in varying temperatures depending on the production area.
