We are the example for them.The RoleThe Facilities Associate is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized facility. This role ensures that all shared spaces-including restrooms, breakrooms, meeting areas, and general warehouse environments-are consistently maintained, stocked, and ready to support employees, visitors, and business operations. The Facilities Associate also supports special projects, meeting setup, and works closely with Procurement and Manufacturing to manage ordering and restocking of facility-related supplies.Responsibilities:Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse and office environment always.Perform and/or oversee routine cleaning of restrooms, including replenishing supplies such as soap, paper products, and sanitizers.Empty trash and recycling in cubicles, common areas, warehouse spaces, and surrounding exterior areas as needed.Clean and maintain the breakroom, including countertops, appliances, tables, and floors.Ensure breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies.Monitor inventory levels for facility, cleaning, and breakroom supplies.Partner with Procurement to order, restock, and manage supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.Maintain organized storage of cleaning and facility supplies in compliance with safety guidelines.Prepare and organize meeting spaces for various types of meetings, training, and events.Set up and rearrange furniture, tables, and chairs based on meeting needs.Ensure meeting rooms are clean, functional, and properly stocked before and after use.Assist with coordination of special events or large meetings as needed.Assist leadership with special projects related to warehouse operations, facilities, or space optimization.Identify opportunities for improving cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the facility.Coordinate with internal teams to support operational needs related to space usage and facility readiness.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable performing hands-on facility and cleaning tasks.Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with Procurement and Manufacturing teams.Ability to lift, move, and arrange furniture and supplies as needed.Preferred Qualifications/Experience:Previous experience in warehouse operations, facilities management, or supervisory role preferred.Experience working in defense manufacturing preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walking, and bending.
