Nexeo Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established U.S. manufacturer that designs and produces custom industrial products used throughout the manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, packaging, and material handling industries.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality industrial products.

• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery following training and established procedures.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments as needed.

• Accurately record production data and job information in computer systems.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and help identify process efficiencies.
