Reports to: Fulfillment Center Supervisor

Essential Functions of the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

A key member of the Production Team, a Fulfillment Center Associate, is responsible for working productively to support the completion of daily workloads. Job assignments can differ based on daily needs.

  • Support the fulfillment center team in executing on the daily workload.
  • Strive to meet personal and group performance goals.
  • Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
  • Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous fulfillment center/order picking experience is a plus but not required.
  • High physical and mental energy.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Individuals must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Requires walking primarily on a level surface for extended periods of time throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to pull/pack or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.

Physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a fulfillment center operation.

Compensation and Benefits

$12.36 up to $20.16 depending upon completing training and developing new skills.
