Job description

SIP Manufacturing has recently broken ground on a $100 million manufacturing facility in Southaven, Mississippi and is preparing to hire approximately 180 employees over the next six months.


We're looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Associate to join our growing HR team and help build the workforce, culture, and employee experience from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, training, and HR operations while supporting one of SIP's largest growth initiatives.


Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience.


What You'll Do

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives

• Serve as a bilingual English/Spanish resource for employees and supervisors

• Assist employees with HR-related questions, benefits, leave, and payroll matters

• Help maintain employee records, compliance requirements, and HR systems

• Support HR projects, training programs, and workforce development efforts


What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• 2+ years of HR, recruiting, administrative, payroll, benefits, or employee support experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

• Supporti in a manufacturing or distribution experience is a plus
