Production Associate | Tremonton, UT

Responsibilities

  • Perform production and manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards throughout production processes.
  • Use pallet jacks or forklifts when assigned to Shipping & Receiving roles.
  • Follow operational procedures, ITAR/ATF compliance standards, and company policies.
  • Wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and other protective equipment.
  • Complete lifting and dexterity requirements during onboarding.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Support overtime and weekend production schedules as needed.
  • Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to stand for the full shift.
  • Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
  • Must be able to speak and read English.
  • Resume required with a stable work history.
  • Must demonstrate reliability and commitment to long-term employment.
  • Must be eligible under ITAR/ATF requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
  • Must not be currently employed at, or recently separated from, a restricted facility without approval.
  • Must be able to work without jewelry on the production floor.
  • Must pass a drug screening, background check, and physical assessments.


Pay

$21.00 per hour


Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift | 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM
