PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Monday- Friday 
10:00 pm - 6:00 am
$16.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Operate and support production lines by filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing products.
  • Load materials and supplies to maintain efficient production flow.
  • Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards, accurate labeling, and proper packaging.
  • Complete production records and documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and company guidelines.
  • Report quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
  • Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
  • Experience with automated equipment, GMP, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing principles is beneficial.
