Job Summary:We are looking for a dependable Manufacturing Associate to join our CNC workshop team. This role involves operating balancing equipment, inspecting parts, deburring, packing, and supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.  1st & 2nd shifts available.Key Responsibilities:Setup & operate dynamic balancing equipment for precision compressor rotors.Complete the associated production & inspection documentation.Deburr parts using rotary pneumatic tools.Conduct inspections of male and female components to verify conformance to drawings, specifications, and quality requirementsAssist with cleaning, packing, & preparing parts for shipment.Maintain a clean & organized work area in compliance with safety & quality standards.Collaborate with team members to support smooth workflow & minimize downtime.Participate in cross-training for other shop floor tasks as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Comfortable using common measurement tools.Strong mechanical aptitude & attention to detail.Ability to read & follow work instructions & basic drawings.Dependable work ethic with a commitment to quality & safety.Willingness to learn & adapt in a small-team environment.High school diploma or equivalent required.Benefits:• Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime• Health, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) plan with company match• Paid time off and holidaysPhysical Requirements:This position involves regular physical activity in a manufacturing setting.
