Job description

Glen Raven Material Solutions, a global leading manufacturer of performance fabrics, is currently seeking candidates for Technician positions.
These positions are required to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machines to proper working order repairing all flagged machines.
Positions are available in multiple departments throughout the plant on various shifts.
Positions are on a 12 hour night shift with a 2/2/3 schedule from 7pm to 7am.
Pay Rates start at $24.96 plus $1 per hour shift differential.
Position Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a manufacturing technician is preferred
  • Troubleshooting ability is required
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • Follow company policies and safe work practices to prevent injury to yourself and other associates
  • Immediately correct unsafe behaviors and immediately correct/report any unsafe work condition.
  • Repair break downs.
  • Perform all long- term scheduled maintenance and lubrication.
  • Complete assigned maintenance work orders.
  • Assist other mechanics with special breakdowns as required.
  • Repair parts as needed.
  • Work on machines with running mechanical defects following quality control guidelines.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are needed
  • Basic computer skills are required
