About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our dealership team. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales of new and used vehicles.

You will engage customers in the showroom and online, identify their needs, present suitable vehicle options, and guide them through the full car sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

This role represents the brand and requires strong product knowledge, sales skills, and a customer-first mindset.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, online, and via phone in a professional and engaging manner
  • Conducting needs assessments to match customers with the right car, truck or SUV
  • Presenting and demonstrating vehicle features including technology, safety, financing options, and trim levels
  • Facilitating the full automotive sales cycle, including test drives, pricing discussions, and closing
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, incentives, and competitor vehicles
  • Using our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
  • Collaborating with F&I (Finance & Insurance) Managers to support financing, leasing, and protection products
  • Assisting with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer handoff experience
  • Supporting dealership marketing initiatives, promotions, and showroom merchandising
  • Participating in ongoing training for automotive sales techniques, digital retailing, and product knowledge
  • Maintaining compliance with dealership processes and all applicable regulations

What You Bring:

  • Experience working in a commission-based or target-driven role such as automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service experience
  • Comfortable learning and presenting technical product information
  • A familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, or digital selling platforms
  • A Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance dealership environment
  • A passion for people with strong relationship building skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
