Responsibilities
NOW HIRING Production Associates on SECOND SHIFT
2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Our business is booming, and our workforce is expanding! Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on Second Shift. If you enjoy working in a diverse workplace with a focus on safety and quality, please apply to join our team today. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing, finishing, packing and inspecting products
  • Operating various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
  • Cross training in various operational areas

2nd Shift - $18/hour + $1 shift differential

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English
  • Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required)
  • Visual acuity
  • Basic math skills
  • Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
  • Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be a:
    • Citizen of the United States, or
    • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
    • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
