- Facilitate cash vault services, pickups, and dropoffs
- Reconcile EOD cash reports and manage POS/card/cash accuracy

Inventory Management

- Receive deliveries and process vendor returns
- Restock products and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Conduct audits, adjustments, and oversee inventory destruction

Team Leadership & Development

- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of retail employees

- Complete incident reports and maintain thorough documentation for performance management
- Make recommendations for promotions and terminations
- Ensure team compliance with attendance policies

Customer Experience

- Set the standard for excellent, compliant customer service on the floor
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Coach budtenders in real time on product knowledge, service standards, and compliance
- Manage customer queue and support floor operations during peak hours

Visual Merchandising & Marketing

- Manage in-store digital menus, displays, and kiosk menus
- Maintain print signage and banners
- Implement sales and promotional content and gather customer feedback on campaigns

Reporting

- Complete EOD, cash bank, and labor cost reporting
- Track transaction value and customer complaints
- Report employee relations issues, progressive discipline actions, and HR matters to leadership

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Cannabis industry experience a plus — not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software; cannabis seed-to-sale experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Must meet all state requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis facility

Compensation & Benefits:
