Job description

General Laborer – Weekday Day Shift

Location: Verona, MS
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Fridays & Saturdays as Needed

Candidates must be available to work the scheduled Monday–Thursday shift, with additional Fridays and Saturdays as needed based on production demands.

Position Overview

We are looking for dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our warehouse team in Verona, MS. This position supports operations within the Master Flux and Material Handling departments by moving materials, assisting with production, and helping keep daily operations running safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and have a strong work ethic.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Perform general warehouse and production duties, including machine operation, assembly, material handling, and heavy lifting.
  • Safely move, organize, and stage materials to support production.
  • Work in warm industrial conditions while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials regularly.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
