Responsibilities

1st Shift - Monday through Friday

Now hiring at our M & C Reno, Nevada manufacturing location for an Assembly Technician.ย  In this role you will be counted on to perform the following tasks:

  • Wiring & Soldering
  • Cut, strip, and route wires to build custom cable harnesses
  • Crimp and terminate wires and cables to exact specification standards
  • Tubing and general assembly of mechanical and electronic components
  • Material Handling
  • Workstation upkeep including adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 0โ€“2 years in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
  • Capacity to read wiring diagrams, wire lists, schematics, and follow visual assembly instructions.
  • Competency using small hand tools (e.g., strippers, crimpers, torque drivers, calipers).
  • Ability to perform light lifting (typically up to 20โ€“25 lbs.).
  • High level of focus and patience to follow exact blueprints and prevent assembly errors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 0โ€“2 years in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
  • Capacity to read wiring diagrams, wire lists, schematics, and follow visual assembly instructions.
