Champion Silvercrest at 299 N. Smith Avenue, Corona, CA is looking for great people to join our team and perform quality work on the production line to build manufactured housing. As a Silvercrest Team Member, you come to work armed with energy, wit, and the willingness to pitch in with the team. Every member of our production team is a key contributor to the process of building a beautiful, manufactured home by focusing on maintaining the highest quality, safe work behaviors, solid teamwork, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes. Because of your constant, clear communication, your team is able to achieve group goals. By accurately reading a tape measure, blueprints, and orders, you are able to safely and expertly use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools to perform quality work.

You keep your work area clean and well-maintained so that when there is a problem, you can easily report equipment faults to the maintenance staff. You love that you get to perform a wide range of duties throughout your day and never fail to keep quality and safety in mind. Every day is an adventure because no two days are the same in this exciting, fast-paced manufacturing setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of verifiable experience in your trade is preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required. Do you have a passion for building? Are you attentive to safety? Would you like to play an important role in building outstanding manufactured housing for our customers? If so, you may be perfect for this manufacturing position!

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Monday thru Friday

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum, may be required. Occasional Saturday work is required.

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.

  • Read and use a tape measure

  • Communicate well with coworkers
