Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on QA Test Automation Engineer to support a large-scale insurance transformation program. The role involves developing automated testing solutions, executing test cases, and contributing to high-quality technology outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and similar automation tools within established testing frameworks.
• Execute manual and automated testing activities, documenting results and supporting defect resolution.
• Support test design, test execution, environment validation, and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with senior QA leadership and project teams to ensure successful delivery of testing objectives.
• Contribute to expanding automation coverage while supporting business-critical manual testing efforts.
Qualifications:
Required:
• +10 years of experience performing software testing and quality assurance activities within enterprise technology environments.
• +10 years of experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium and comparable automation tools.
• Understanding of test design, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Experience working effectively within small teams and contributing across multiple testing responsibilities.
• Ability to support both automated and manual testing efforts in environments where a blended testing approach is required.
