Key Responsibilities
• Lead testing efforts for ServiceNow SPM projects and enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, and validation.
• Support release readiness and post-deployment validation activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• 2+ years serving as a Test Lead or QA Lead.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in a testing, administration, implementation, or development roles.
• Experience testing ServiceNow solutions beyond an end-user capacity.
• Strong experience with test planning, regression testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and Agile delivery
methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource
Management, Financial Management, Project Workspace, and Time Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
