Description:

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to manage plumbing projects from estimating through completion while leading a field crew of approximately 5–10 plumbers.


Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents
  • Prepare accurate estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and project costs
  • Perform material takeoffs and assist with project proposals and pricing
  • Manage plumbing projects from award through completion
  • Lead, schedule, and coordinate a crew of approximately 5–10 plumbers
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, manpower, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, productivity, and job progress
  • Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and other trades
  • Manage change orders and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards, plumbing codes, and safety requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of plumbing industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience as a Plumbing Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or similar role
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Experience estimating plumbing projects and performing material takeoffs
  • Proven experience managing and leading plumbing crews
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and codes
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
