• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) with the ability to create and maintain basic dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills and a comfort level working primarily on the factory floor alongside operators and leadership.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, including A3 problem solving, DMAIC, value stream mapping, and 5S.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with MES or digital work instruction systems through selection, piloting, or deployment phases.
• Background in bus/coach, truck, heavy equipment, or automotive final assembly environments.
• Certification or formal training in MOST, MTM, MODAPTS, or equivalent time measurement systems.

• Advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau for performance visualization (preferred).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for reviewing and updating simple layout drawings.
• Use of timer applications, video analysis, and standard industrial engineering toolkits for time and motion studies.
• Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Jira for action tracking and project management is a plus.
Work Environment:
  • This is an onsite position based in Riverside, CA and requires being 100% onsite.

Benefits:
  • Comprehensive benefits package: Medical (including FSA & HSA), dental, vision, life and disability insurance, EAP, mental health, and wellness programs
