Principal objectif du poste :
Relevant du Superviseur d'exploitation Sante et Securite, le titulaire du poste devra assurer la realisation au niveau usine des activites et objectifs sante-securite relies aux champs de specialisation qui lui seront devolus. Etre la reference en termes d'exigences legales et de connaissance des standards dans une approche de responsabilisation. Supporter la direction dans le deploiement des standards usine, de la mise en pratique des outils d'analyse de risques et des processus d'analyse des evenements.

Responsabilites generales:
Gerer la sante-securite afin d'assurer la conformite aux politiques corporatives et aux reglements provinciaux et federaux qui peuvent s'appliquer;
Participer au developpement, a l'organisation, a la promotion et a la coordination de l'ensemble des programmes de sante-securite et des activites de prevention;
Conseiller les gestionnaires sur les orientations, les plans d'action et objectifs en sante-securite;
Conseiller et soutenir les services/secteurs dans leurs decisions et le choix des moyens les plus appropries a l'atteinte de leurs objectifs et ceux de l'usine;
Assurer une uniformite des differents programmes sante-securite mis en place dans les secteurs;
Verifier l'efficacite, la conformite et la qualite des diverses activites de prevention qui sont lies a ces domaines de competence, via des activites de prevention ou autres outils de gestion;
Animer des analyses et enquetes d'accidentsou des reunions de gestion sur des sujets sante-securite;
Participer a des reunions d'equipe, enquetes formelles et groupes de travail sur des aspects sante-securite.
Requis
DEC ou diplome universitaire en lien avec la sante-securite, ou l'equivalent en formation et experience professionnelle;
Experience pertinente d'au moins 1 an en milieu de travail.
