Senior Mechanical Project Manager
Rochester, MN | Full-Time On-Site Opportunity

We are partnered with a nationally recognized mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects in the Rochester, Minnesota market. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader looking for long-term project stability, career growth, and major project exposure within a highly respected organization.

Responsibilities Include:
• Lead HVAC/mechanical projects through all phases of construction
• Manage project financials, procurement, scheduling, manpower, and field coordination
• Oversee safety compliance and quality standards on projects
• Manage scope, change orders, documentation, and client communication
• Support estimating, preconstruction, and business development efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, GCs, vendors, and field teams

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Experience with project financials, operations, scheduling, and manpower planning
