Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

Key Responsibilities

Safety Leadership & Compliance

  • Lead site safety operations and promote a proactive culture of safety and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, client requirements, and applicable safety standards.
  • Identify workplace hazards, assess risk, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
  • Exercise stop-work authority when conditions or activities present unacceptable safety risks.

Site Safety & Program Management

  • Oversee implementation of safety programs, procedures, inspections, audits, and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and monitor compliance with PPE, safe work practices, and other safety requirements.
  • Partner with project teams to address safety concerns, track corrective actions, and drive timely resolution.

Training & Communication

  • Lead safety orientations, training programs, toolbox talks, and other safety communications.
  • Provide safety guidance and coaching to employees, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Facilitate effective safety communication across Mandarin- and English-speaking teams.
  • Lead investigations of incidents, injuries, near misses, and safety concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain required safety records, reports, OSHA documentation, and other compliance records.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in EHS, occupational safety, construction safety, or a related field, including experience leading site safety activities.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both Mandarin and English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify hazards, assess risk, and drive corrective actions to completion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, field-based environment and collaborate with employees, management, clients, and subcontractors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of safety experience in the construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.
  • OSHA 500 and/or OSHA 510 certification.
  • First Aid/CPR Instructor certification.
  • Experience supporting large-scale construction projects or semiconductor facilities.
  • Experience working with TSMC safety requirements, permit-to-work processes, or similar client-controlled safety programs.
  • Experience leading safety audits, incident investigations, and subcontractor safety programs.
