Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial/Commercial Electrician Foreman to lead our field teams on a variety of electrical construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise field crews to complete electrical installation and maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
  • Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and plans to guide crew activities
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, codes, and company policies
  • Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
  • Conduct quality inspections, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on site
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior electricians and apprentices
  • Maintain detailed daily work reports and documentation
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
    • Minimum 4 years of experience
    • Experienced in bending and thread rigid aluminum conduit
    • Industrial plant work experience
    • Located in the Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough area willing to work in Pinellas Park.
