Our agents work closely with skip tracers and fellow field professionals to ensure efficient recoveries. You won’t be out there on your own—we operate as a team, providing the support, tools, and training needed to succeed and grow.



Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Repossession Agent to join our elite recovery team in the Fort Myers, Florida area. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering a variety of collateral, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, and RVs.

This position covers a large territory from Collier County through Manatee County, including areas such as Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Sarasota, and Bradenton. Candidates should have strong technical skills, solid knowledge of Southwest Florida’s roadways, and a commitment to safe, professional vehicle operation.

  • Commission Pay: $75–$95 per recovery
    • Average 4–5 recoveries per day

$60,000- 85,000+ anually (based on performance)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be 23 years or older (insurance requirement)
  • Ability to pass FBI background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be available to work night shifts
