  • Establish and maintain high-value school partnerships; evaluate existing relationships to focus resources on campuses that yield the strongest return on investment.
  • Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to create a consistent intern and NCG experience, including onboarding, mentorship, and development frameworks.
  • Forecast intern and NCG demand in alignment with annual headcount planning cycles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Early Career positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Design and maintain standardized processes, tools, and communications that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and program visibility.
  • Coordinate participation in career fairs, industry events, and school engagements to enhance employer brand presence.
  • Track and analyze key program metrics (conversion rates, school ROI, acceptance rates, retention) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on program performance and outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in early career, campus, or university recruitment.
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and scaling early career or graduate programs in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and engineering industry and the unique talent needs of field and project-based roles.
  • Experience influencing and driving change across decentralized business units or large matrixed organizations.
  • Takes initiative to learn Company, industry, competitors and develop innovative talent attraction strategies.
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to complex recruiting challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OFFCP compliance requirements.
