Position Overview:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of food quality, customer service, and team performance. As the GM, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, collaborative work culture, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a leadership position that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory, staffing, customer service, and food safety.
  • Drive sales through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
