This successful 11 store take out Pizza Franchisee are seeking Restaurant Managers that are looking for real growth opportunities, which they offer for high performers. They have consistently opened 1-2 new stores annually since their inception. Besides growth, they off an attractive bonus structure, benefits, and a 401k + company match.Employees and Management do not work over 40 - 45 house per week.
This Franchisor has over 50 locations in Ohio.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 2 years Management experience with any QSR, Fast Casual, or Full Service Restaurant company or group.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
  • Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS
  • $48,000-$50,000 + plus bonus
