We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in managing executive operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring organizational continuity.
This opportunity has been created to support a planned leadership transition and requires an individual who can effectively document processes, capture institutional knowledge, and help maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
  • Coordinate expense reporting and executive administrative functions
  • Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Document business processes and critical operational workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
  • Partner with leadership to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and continuity

Qualifications
