# Director of Staff Development (DSD)**Western Slope Healthcare Center – Placerville, CA** **Full-Time** **Salary Range: $91,520 – $99,840 annually**## Inspire. Educate. Lead.Western Slope Healthcare Center is seeking a passionate and experienced **Director of Staff Development (DSD)** to join our leadership team. If you're an RN or LVN who enjoys mentoring others, building strong clinical teams, and improving the quality of resident care through education, we'd love to meet you.As our Director of Staff Development, you'll play a vital role in developing our caregivers through orientation, education, competency training, and regulatory compliance.
